The building, I have decided, will need:
-A toilet/restrooms with enough space within to get changed (especially from Mickey's spa).
-Kitchen for Lisas' cupcakes =D
-Reasonable walking distance from supermarket or food store for lunch and ingredients etc for Lisas' cupcakes =D
-Parking for all the customers
-Easy access for both cars and pedestrians
-Good visibility from the road
