Talked to Ian this morning. I'll have to change everything now more into a structure....
He confirmed my previous thoughts about my work being an instillation rather than Architecture.
So, rather than acquiring a site from our last piece of work (i.e. basing it on whatever 'theme' we had chosen- Vehicular and pedestrian activity) I have to think about where we really want to wake up if I were to be homeless haha, and why.
Important things:
-Site specific.
-Shock, change in light, atmosphere, something.
-Wakeup quickly.
-Why would I want to sleep/wake up there?
-Dropping into black box? Shocking of the senses.
Those were quick notes I have of what i'm gonna do now. Woo.
